Just a few links:
1) The House Rules Committee has the text of the reconciliation bill (H.R. 4872 – pdf) and a section-by-section summary of it.
2) Igor Volsky looks at the new bill and CBO score and compares it with previous scores.
3) Ezra Klein says the bill has substantive merits that should make it alluring to both liberal and conservative Democrats.
